Book
Once you’ve decided on a vehicle or watercraft (we know, it’s tough!), request it for your preferred date and time based on the vehicle’s availability and wait for the Sharer’s approval. (There’s a $1 reservation booking fee for all completed reservations.)
Enjoy the Ride
Get out there and enjoy your neighbor’s ride! When you’re done, feel free to post a review about your experience on the Sharer’s profile.

We want to make sure your experience is fun, convenient and safe. Here’s how we’ve got you covered:

Vehicle Variety
Our member fleet includes cars, boats and more! Borrow a car to grab some groceries or borrow a boat to explore the local waters!

Convenience
Since these are your neighbors' rides, they’re located within a few blocks of you for ultimate convenience.

Insurance
Every booking is covered up to a $1 million under our insurance policy.

No Fees
Unlike other vehicle sharing companies, we don’t charge application or membership fees. You’re free to borrow what you like, when you like!

No Late Fees
As long as you’re not cutting into another neighbor’s reservation, you can keep enjoying your ride without being slapped with a late fee! We’ll also only charge you in 15-minute increments for the first hour and at hourly rates thereafter.

Grace Period
Only JustShareIt offers a 15-minute grace period on vehicle returns as long as there’s no reservation immediately following yours.

Members of the JustShareIt team are available to you 24/7 at 855-SHARE-01. Don't know what you are looking for, just call!

Unlimited Reservations
You can book as many future reservations as you’d like at any given time!

Wish Wall™
Want to borrow something that’s not in our member fleet? Post it to our Wish Wall and some nice neighbor might just share it with you. When they do, we’ll notify you!
RideLink™ (optional)
RideLink is JustShareIt’s exclusive in–vehicle technology for maximum security and convenience and it does some other pretty cool stuff:

Keyless Entry*
If your reserved vehicle has RideLink installed, you can unlock and operate your ride with our mobile app or by calling our Customer Service.

Global Positioning System (GPS)*
Having trouble finding a vehicle? Call our Customer Service and we’ll direct you to its location.

In-Vehicle 2-Way Communication
Get unlimited access to help, directions and more if your reserved vehicle has RideLink Assistant!

Personal Concierge Service
Available with RideLink Assistant. Get real-time communication with a personal concierge for news, directions, ordering takeout and almost anything else you need help with on the road.
RideLink can be installed on most vehicle types, subject to approval.
Some features are only available for use on vehicle types, and under a certain age and mileage.
